We Don’t Run Ads. We Build ROAS Machines.
We are a Meta Ads agency that looks at your Facebook and Instagram account every week, not every month. We fix the tracking, test new creative constantly and move budget to whatever is actually making you money.

Most Meta accounts are not broken. They are leaking.
When we open a new account, the problem is rarely the algorithm. It is usually one of these four things, and together they quietly eat a real share of the budget.
- The pixel is telling Meta lies
Purchases fire twice, leads fire on page load, or the Conversions API was never connected. Meta optimises toward whatever you feed it, so bad data means it hunts for the wrong people. We fix this before touching a single budget.
- Too many ad sets fighting each other
Twelve ad sets with $20 a day each never leave the learning phase. Meta needs roughly 50 conversions a week per ad set to settle. We usually consolidate into three campaigns with fewer, stronger ad sets.
- The same three ads running for months
Creative is now the targeting. When frequency climbs past 3 and click-through drops, the audience is tired of you. We ship new hooks every week so there is always a fresh winner coming through.
- Judging success on yesterday’s ROAS
Daily ROAS swings are noise. We judge on 7-day trends, blended revenue against total ad spend, and what actually lands in your Shopify or CRM, not just what Ads Manager claims.
Everything Your Meta Campaigns Actually Need
Six pieces of work, run by the same small team, so nothing falls between a creative agency and a media buyer.
Creative Strategy and Production
We write the hooks, script the UGC, design the statics and edit the Reels. Every week we test new angles against your current best ad, and we keep a log of what won and why.
Facebook and Instagram ads management →Audience Architecture
Broad and Advantage+ audiences for finding new buyers, tight retargeting windows for the warm crowd, and customer lists kept out of prospecting so you stop paying to reach people who already bought.
Meta Ads retargeting →Full-Funnel Campaign Build
Separate campaigns for finding, convincing and keeping customers, each with its own budget and its own success metric. Ecommerce brands get catalog and Advantage+ Shopping set up properly.
Meta Ads for ecommerce →Weekly Optimisation
Every week: budgets moved, tired ads paused, new ads launched and a short written note on what changed. You can open the live dashboard any time and see the same numbers we see.
Advantage+ campaigns →Attribution and Tracking Setup
Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event deduplication and GA4 checked line by line. For lead businesses we send qualified-lead and sale events back from the CRM so Meta learns who actually pays.
Meta Pixel and CAPI setup →Click-to-WhatsApp Campaigns
For products people want to ask about first, a chat converts better than a form. We run ads that open a WhatsApp conversation and connect it to automated replies and your sales team.

From $80 CAC to Under $30 in 90 Days
A Life Plus came to us paying around $80 to acquire each customer through Meta. Ninety days later that number was under $30.
The full breakdown is in the case study. What we look at first in every account like this:
- Whether the conversion event Meta is optimising for is the one that makes money
- How many ad sets are stuck in learning and why
- Which creative angles have never been tested
- Where people drop off between the ad and the checkout or form
Every Meta Format, Used Correctly
Each format has a job. Swipe through what we use and the rule we follow for each.

How we test creative
We treat creative like a pipeline, not a launch. Every week a new batch goes into a testing campaign: usually three to five new hooks on top of the same core offer. Each gets enough budget to reach about 3,000 to 5,000 people before we judge it.
We look at thumb-stop rate (3-second views divided by impressions) and click-through first, because those tell you whether the idea works. Cost per purchase or lead comes next, once there is enough data to trust it. Winners graduate into the main campaign. Losers are paused and written up, so we do not test the same bad idea twice.
What actually wins most often
Plain, slightly rough user-generated video with a strong first line beats polished brand video in most of our accounts. Founders talking to camera is the second most reliable format.
Budget and scaling rules
Big budget jumps reset learning. Our rule is to raise budget by about 20 percent at a time, then wait three days before the next move. If cost per result holds, we go again. If it climbs more than 25 percent, we step back and look at frequency and creative fatigue before blaming the audience.
For brands that need to grow faster than that, we duplicate a winning ad set into a new campaign with a higher budget rather than forcing the original. It is less elegant, but it protects what is already working.
How we measure
Ads Manager is one opinion. We set reporting to a 7-day click window by default and compare it with GA4 and your actual sales or CRM data every week. The number we trust most is blended: total revenue divided by total ad spend across every channel, sometimes called MER. If Meta claims a great week but blended revenue did not move, we say so.
What Makes Us a Different Meta Ads Agency
Written strategy before spend
You get a plan on paper before a single ad goes live: who we are targeting, with what offer, what success looks like at 30, 60 and 90 days, and what we will do if it does not work.
Weekly optimisation, not monthly
Accounts drift in days. We check daily and make real changes weekly.
Deep market experience
Ecommerce, coaching, travel, legal, wellness and events, across several countries.
Creative-first thinking
Our creative team sits next to the media buyers, so new ads are briefed from data, not guesswork.
Honest attribution
We report blended numbers next to what Meta claims, and we tell you when the platform is taking credit for sales it did not drive. Good news and bad news arrive in the same weekly note.
WhatsApp-native
For markets that buy on chat, we connect Meta ads straight to WhatsApp conversations and follow-ups.

Common Questions About Meta Ads
Straight answers to what founders ask us on the first call. Still unsure? Book the audit and ask us about your account.
How long before I see results from Meta Ads?
You will usually see the first useful signals in two to three weeks, once campaigns have spent enough to leave the learning phase. Stable, predictable performance usually takes 60 to 90 days, because that is how long it takes to find a few creative winners and fix the tracking properly.
Do you handle ad creative or do I provide it?
We handle it. Our team writes hooks, scripts UGC, designs static ads and edits short video. If you have your own footage, product shots or creators, we will use them and test them alongside ours.
Which markets do you run Meta campaigns in?
We run campaigns for brands selling in several countries and languages, from single-city service businesses to ecommerce brands shipping worldwide. On the audit call we will tell you honestly if your market is one we know well, and our client list shows where we already run accounts.
How do you report on performance?
You get a live Looker Studio dashboard and a short written update every week: what changed, what we learned and what we are testing next. Once a month we review results against the targets in the original plan.
Can you run Meta Ads alongside Google or TikTok?
Yes, and it usually works better that way. Meta creates demand, Google captures people searching for you afterwards, and TikTok gives your best creative a second audience. We plan budgets across channels so they do not compete for the same sale.
What is the Conversions API and do I need it?
The Conversions API sends purchase and lead events from your server straight to Meta, so they are not lost to ad blockers or browser privacy settings. Almost every account we audit is missing conversions without it. We set it up as part of onboarding.
Should I use Advantage+ campaigns?
Often yes, especially for ecommerce with a healthy catalog and at least a few hundred purchases a month. We cap how much Advantage+ spends on existing customers and run it alongside a manual campaign, so we can see what it is actually adding.
Why does my ROAS look different in Meta and in Shopify or GA4?
Each platform counts differently. Meta includes view-through conversions and its own modelling, GA4 tends to credit the last click, and Shopify only knows what was bought. We report all three side by side and judge success on blended revenue against total spend.
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes, three months. Meta needs that long to learn, and we need it to fix tracking and find a few creative winners, so you are judging stable numbers rather than week one. After that it runs month to month.
What happens on the free Meta Ads audit?
We review your ad account, pixel and Conversions API setup, creative and landing pages, then walk you through what is wasting budget and what we would fix first. It takes about 30 minutes and you keep the fix list whether you hire us or not.
Can you take over an account another agency set up?
Yes, most of our clients come to us that way. We keep your existing ad account and pixel history, so Meta does not lose what it has learned, and we change things in stages rather than switching everything off on day one.
